I decided to make the most of my day and this month I played around with makeup more than I usually do as well. I recently got my hands on some of the most talked-about products, so I am pretty excited. Out of all the products, these were the only ones that I genuinely enjoy using. Hope you all have a lovely May!
What I've been loving in April:
Colourpop Yes, Please! Pressed Powder Eyeshadow Palette | RM80
I can't stop playing with it ever since I bought it. The shades are just eye-catching and make you wanna play more and more! I fall in love over and over again every time! Beautiful, pigmented, and blends like a dream. Although I have to say it's definitely a little powdery and has a bit of a fallout. But overall really nice to have in hand and great for everyday use.
Too Faced Primed & Peachy Cooling Matte Perfecting Primer | RM60
Well... Chloe (Chloe Morello on youtube) always uses this primer and she has pretty oily skin and maybe, just maybe, I am going to like this primer? Whaddaya know it made its way to the favorites bin! It blurs the appearance of pores, smoothes skin, and has a cooling formula that I really love! It also keeps my makeup intact all day. This matte primer is love!
Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara | RM35
Best. Drugstore. Mascara. Ever! It feels like I have thick lashes whenever I wear it. It mimics the look of thick and feathery and flirty lashes. I absolutely love it! Apart from that, it's waterproof, not flaky and holds up curls pretty awesome. Please go and get this mascara right now or you will regret it.
Mind you, I bought these last year and I was only getting around to using them last month. I know, right? I completely forgot that I bought a bunch of stuff from The Body Shop. This is a seasonal item btw and you can't get it anymore, at least, this time around. It's pretty frustrating that I cannot get a backup. Out of all my purchases, I have really been liking this one A LOT.
Their body butter is so good - not greasy, sticky, tacky. None of that. It's one of the best products to pamper your body every day. I just wish vanilla marshmallow was a staple. Or at least, please make it available online. Is that too much to ask?
The Body Shop Vanilla Marshmallow Body Butter | RM33
I was looking for a gift for my mommy and I thought it would be nice to get something for myself as well. Who would've thought I end up spending a solid 500 ringgit at The Body Shop? I bought a ridiculous amount of anything vanilla-scented that I could gather from the store. A shower gel, a perfume, a body mist, a body lotion, and body butter.Mind you, I bought these last year and I was only getting around to using them last month. I know, right?
