I am keeping this series (hopefully it'll be a successful series *fingers crossed*) affordable on purpose because who doesn't love a good drugstore gem? And I shared quite a lot of drugstore products I used here in my blog, so it's fitting. If this sounds interesting to you, just keep reading!
Maybelline Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser
I love this primer. It's an old favourite. Ever since I revisited and reused this primer for the last couple of months, I am definitely hooked, again. I forgot how good it fills my pores and how it makes my skin so smooth. When I wear this primer, my foundation sits well on top and it doesn't break me out too.Maybelline Superstay 24HR Full Coverage Foundation
I am a major fan of this foundation! But wait for a second, I was a lover of the Maybelline Fit Me foundation for as long as I can remember. It is the foundation that I have repurchased so many times and it never fails me. However, I have been itching to try the Superstay line and I am super glad I did. If the Fit Me one is good, the Superstay is even better! The coverage and longevity are no joke. It is soooo much better than Fit Me. I love me some full coverage foundation on a day to day basis, it's just how I am. It doesn't break me out though, I am an oily gal, just a heads up. I love everything about it. It's a wonderful product.

Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer
I honestly think this concealer is over-mentioned in my blog. It's crazy good. Sometimes it drives me nuts because it performs so well and for that price? Come on...By the way, yes, you can absolutely tell that Maybelline has a really good track record with me. I am not getting paid by them by any means. Now, back to the concealer. I love wearing this especially for my under eyes. It covers really, really well with minimal creasing. I also love it for highlighting too. What more can I say? It's my baby.
IN2IT Cover Smooth Loose Powder
Seriously, what am I without this powder? It sets my under eyes, smile lines, nose, forehead and chin beautifully, even when I am almost done with my day, my makeup still looks bomb. If you happen to have fine lines on certain areas of your face, powders can settle in those areas. However, in my case, it doesn't do that all that much with this loose powder.IN2IT Face Poppin' Blur Pressed Powder
I shouldn't even mention this because it's a limited edition collection but I couldn't help it. It's another great, affordable product from IN2IT and somebody has to know. This powder is true to its blurring claims and it gives me the extra coverage that I like. After setting my face with the loose powder, I will lightly set it all over my face with this powder and my skin was like facetuned the house! So smooth and I love it.IN2IT Make-Up Stay Mineral Setting Mist
Last but not least - is this wonderful setting spray. Drugstore brands really stepping up their game and coming out with awesome setting sprays. Who would've thought a tiny setting spray like this could do wonders. I love how it gives even spritz every time and the mist is super fine! It did make my makeup stay flawless for a little bit longer than usual.*Some links used are affiliated links, which allows me to earn a small commission when you buy the product using my link. What affordable base products do you guys currently love?
I never try any of those, maybe I should.
ReplyDeleteBut my sister said that Maybelline Fit Me foundation is really good.
My current product that I use for base is the 3CE Pore Silky Balm and it was really good. It last pretty long too but it's definitely not fit the affordable category.
It's no doubt that Maybelline Fit Me foundation is good, but I just need a little more coverage without having to build my foundation though. However, I still use the Fit Me one every other day. It's one of my holy grail!
DeleteI'm definitely checking that out! I've never used any 3CE products before so. xx
Maybelline does have good quality yet affordable products. I just started using Instant Age Rewind Concealer few weeks ago and I love it. I never use any primer before. Maybe I'll give the Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser a try later.
ReplyDeleteThat concealer is love. It's such a staple in my makeup collection. The baby skin primer is definitely worth checking out!
Deletei really wanna try the maybelline fd but my old fd is not finish yet haha
ReplyDeleteI'd say if you wanna try any from their line, go with the superstay foundation. It's amazing xx
