Do you remember the craze of "What's In My Bag" blog posts from 2016-2017?
Ah, the nostalgia! Those were the days when we all couldn't wait to peek inside each other's bags and see what essentials we carried around. I did a couple of those posts back then (I even did a pandemic version!), and I have to say, they were just so much fun to write!
Well, I'm bringing it back, kinda! Let's dive right in and see the 10 must-have items I carry with me everywhere. Trust me, I've got everything but the kitchen sink in there!
1. My phone and my business phone. Can't leave the house without my lifelines to the digital world.
2. A compact mirror. Just in case I need to see what's up with my makeup. There's no worse feeling than realizing halfway through the day that your eyeliner has gone rogue.
3. A whole lotta lip products...
- I have the Peripera Ink Velvet in 17 Rosy Nude, Dazzle Me Lip Mouse in Body Talk, and barenbliss Lip Velvet in 08 Choco Sense – my current favorite combo!
- This plumping lip oil is SO GOOD?!
- My favorite lip gloss too because one can never have too many lippies, right?
4. Cat treats. I always have cat treats in my bag. Whether it's for my furry baby or a stray I meet, I'm always prepared to spread some kitty love.
5. Pack of tissues. My eyes tend to get pretty watery in daylight. These tissues are my savior for those unexpected tearful moments.
6. My feel-better kit. Aromatherapy roll-on, painkillers, and Yu Yee oil. Because ya girl is either battling a headache or a tummy ache – there's no in-between.
7. Wallet. Duh! For all the obvious reasons – ID, cards, cash, and a few surprise receipts.
8. Band-aids. For those unexpected cuts or scrapes that life throws at you. Plus, they come in handy when someone else is in need too.
9. Eye drops. My eyes have a habit of drying out, whether I'm wearing contacts or not. A few drops of the Rohto eye drops, and I'm good to go again!
10. A good ol' Sharpie. I frequently hit the post office to send out packages for Sisters & Brushes, so a Sharpie is a must-have for all that labeling.

I love that you keep cat treats in your bag for any kitty you come across, that's so thoughtful! The majority of these items are in my bag also! Especially my phone, keys and lip balm! x

DeleteI always have hand sanitizer, hair tie, tissues, lip balm, a mini hand cream, my phone, card holder & keys. Oh, and a mirror but I'm on the hunt for a mini hairbrush! x

That is so cute, I occasionally have some dog treats in my pocket from when I walk my dog in the morning, but I would have never thought to have them in my bag!
