What’s on My Fave List 2

Hey loves! How have you all been doing? This month has been packed with so much amazing stuff – honestly, it's the kind of month I love, though it definitely makes time fly by faster. I feel like I can hardly catch my breath. I did catch a bit of a cold and a sore throat last week, which isn't my favorite obviously. But let's see what's made it to my fave list this time!

What’s on My Fave List 2

No foundation makeup routine

So, you remember that whole drama I had with that viral skincare that ended up breaking me out? Well, I've decided to cut back on using foundation because I don't want to overload my skin with too many products. Right now, I'm sticking to a minimal routine since my everyday foundation, like the Tirtir Cushion Foundation, is super high coverage. It's basically full beat, and my skin just doesn't need that right now. So, I've been loving the no foundation look – just a bit of light concealer or corrector under my eyes, some mascara, blush, and a swipe of glossy tint on my lips. It's been a refreshing change!

New template, who dis?

I am so obsessed with my new blog template from Etsy. I snagged it for just $10 (+ a little customization), and it's everything I've been dreaming of! It's so pretty that I'm tempted to just stare at it all day instead of writing. If you're on the hunt for a pretty template, definitely check out Studio Saroya!

Pinterest-ish workspace makeover

My sister and I gave our workspace a makeover, and it now looks like it was plucked straight out of Pinterest. So we picked up some new goodies from Shopee to complete the look – new rugs, monitor stands, pegboards, drawer shelves, and loads of cute decor. I'm just obsessed. If you need me, I'll be here basking in my Pinterest-perfect corner!

Innisfree Green Tea Seed Hyaluronic Serum

I don't think I've ever mentioned Innisfree here, but it's a brand I'm super familiar with and have been using for ages. Their products are pretty solid, and I especially love their Volcanic Pore Clay Mask. I know I often say less is more (I promise I won't overload my skin with products), but I recently rediscovered this serum while decluttering my skincare stash, and it still made such a great impression! My skin feels baby-soft and plump – honestly, it's just as amazing as I remembered!

Innisfree Volcanic PHA Pore Refining Toner

Another skincare?! I know, I know, but hear me out. I've known these products forever, and I know they work for me. Lately, I've been all about this toner and the green tea seed serum combo. I didn't think I'd need it, but the result's been oddly... good?! I've stuck with just this duo for now, and avoiding my usual routine to keep things simple, and it's seriously worked wonders. My skin is so smooth, my pores are basically MIA, and I'm just loving it.

My cute phone cases

In this post, I mentioned I totally went overboard and bought 10+ cute phone cases, but can you blame me?

So here some of them, just waiting to be used. I've got some of my favorite adorable characters here, plus a few simple ones. I'm so happy to finally have a bunch of new cases – I won't have to hear people tease me about having the same one for three years anymore.

These were obviously super cheap; I spent less than $10 for these. They're mostly just for fun designs. I did want to add some heavy-duty, shock-proof cases to my collection, but I haven't found any I really like yet. If you have any recommendations, let me know!

Cold showers

The colder, the better! I'm loving my icy showers, whether it's morning or midnight. It's super refreshing – though, I'm starting to wonder if I'm secretly a polar bear. Anyone else in the cold-shower club?

Fried dumplings from my favorite coffee-house

If you haven't tried fried dumplings with ketchup and mayo, you're missing out. I can't get enough of these! I had them yesterday, the day before, and I'm totally down for more today. They're just such a satisfying snack!

Pandora Rose Gold Pink Sparkling Crown Solitaire Ring

Ever since I got my Wishbone ring in January this year, I've been a Pandora fan. This rose gold crown ring is just stunning. It makes me feel like royalty, and let's be real, I'm basically a princess, so it fits perfectly! Every princess needs her bling, right?

  1. I'm sorry to hear you got sick, that's the worst. I hope you're feeling better today! OMG that's where I got my blog theme from. She has some of the prettiest stuff, and she's super helpful if you have any particular questions. I once asked her about a custom widget, and she helped me right away with it. I love Innisfree's products! I think they're Korean, and I just feel like they do a better job of putting higher quality ingredients into their products, at least compared to a lot of American companies. I've been sticking to predominantly Korean skincare in my routine, and am obsessed with how my skin feels!

Love how cute your new phone cases are! I actually got a new one recently. I had a clear one, but it was starting to yellow after about a year, so I knew it was time to switch it out. I got a milky matcha colored one right now, which I really enjoy!

Girl you are so brave, I hate cold showers. My showers are always warm or scalding hot. The only time I have cold water is whenever I do anything with my hair! So whenever I wash my hair, I wash it in cold water.

Love a good favorites post ! xx

    1. Thank you so much, I'm definitely feeling better today! I'm totally with you on Eve's theme; her designs are just stunning. She helped me with custom widgets too :D Innisfree can be such a gem! The products are solid to me. There's something about Korean skincare formulation that just work wonders for the skin. I'm loving that you're seeing such great results with your routine! Milky matcha color is so nice—I'm sure it's a perfect pop of color! Not brave, I just love cold showers more girl haha! Cold water for hair washing does make a difference though. Thanks for your lovely comment! <3

    1. You totally should! Tirtir cushion foundation is honestly so good—it makes my skin look so fresh and flawless. And yes, an ice-cold shower is a whole experience! It's a little shocking at first, but it wakes you up like nothing else!

  5. I don't wear makeup on a daily basis.. but an easy routine is always the goal. Ooh a cold shower is not something I am likely to do.
